Trucker Tribune April 2020
Dear Roadrunner Freight Independent Contractors,
I hope this edition of the Trucker Tribune finds you safe and healthy. If you are not feeling well, please contact your IC Coordinator and follow recommendations from your healthcare provider. You are the most important asset to your business, and your wellness should always come first.
We’re heading into another month of facing COVID-19 head on, but the teamwork and dedication we’ve seen from the Roadrunner Freight team and Independent Contractors has proven our SHIP IT LIKE YOU OWN IT commitment. In midst of the challenges we’re facing, we’re proud to see the great accomplishments that our team has achieved recently. Here are a few highlights:
- 100+ lanes have 93% or higher on time service – Independent Contractors are truly shipping it like they own it!
- We have introduced eight new shuttle lanes in the southeast – and more to come!
- We continue to gain partnerships with new Independent Contractors, and our fleet is the largest it’s been in years!
- Our Corporate sales team has been working hard to bring on new business at this very opportune time, and has secured business with some names you might recognize
We will get through this together. As your partner in business, we are here to address your questions and concerns. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, your IC Coordinator, your Fleet Coordinator or anyone else at Roadrunner Freight if you need anything.
Stay safe, and SHIP IT LIKE YOU OWN IT!

TELL US WHAT YOU THINK!
Your feedback from each survey helps the Roadrunner Freight team understand you and your business’ needs.
As we enter a new quarter, we would like to request feedback again on how we’re doing in the area of safety communication. The feedback from this survey will tell us if we have progressed or have opportunity to improve in how we communicate with our business partners. Please take a few minutes to take the survey here.
