Vice-President of Linehaul Operations

Shari Leon is the Vice-President of Linehaul Operations for Roadrunner and is responsible for the planning and procurement of all freight within Roadrunner’s network. She ensures customers are provided the best service and most cost-effective transportation. Shari works with Roadrunner’s Independent Contractors to ensure maximum mileage for their business. She enjoys finding solutions to challenges and seeing positive results from her decisions.

Shari started her career in logistics over 24 years ago as a dispatcher at Roadrunner. Prior to Roadrunner, Shari worked in operations and customer service at Touch Transportation. Roadrunner runs in Shari’s family with her father and sister having also spent time working here. Shari enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid sports fan and loves playing card games and solving puzzles. Shari and her husband enjoy traveling and hope to one day visit Fiji.
